Product Introduction Traditional technological process for dyeing of knitted fabric:Firstly the cloth is scoured in the vat directly after dyeing, then completes centrifugal dehydration, and lastly goes through the width opening and slitting process. The whole process consists of several stages, which requires a large amount of manpower and is low in production efficiency.To fix such problems, we have developed DS-2400 automatic detwisting, slitting, scouring and dehydration machine, with all the procedures completed on a single machine and with only one operator needed. Thus the processing process is shortened, the production efficiency is raised and labor force is saved. Meanwhile for the cloth which requires scouring, circulated water device is applied, so as to save water in an environment-friendly manner and reduce production costs to a large extent. |

Technical Characteristics 1. Combining the dewatering, scotching, cutting, scouring and washing functions into one working procedures, simplifying the operating procedures, greatly saving the labor force and improving the working efficiency. 2. Tension, aligned cutting and stenting can be adjusted to cloth of any thickness. 3. The semi-automatic alignment with knob and automatic alignment with electric eye are available for the cutter head. 4. Automatic de-twisting and infrared automatic alignment realize high speed automation of de-twisting and scotching. 5. Equipped with scouring function, automatic filtration and cleaning of wastes; water cycling, water saving and eco-friendly. 6. The roller is made of special material rubber covered roller with squeezed residual rate of up to50%~ 70%. |
